1. Export Control Policy

Falcon Aero Group is committed to full compliance with international export control laws and sanction regimes in all its commercial activities. This policy covers US ITAR/EAR, EU Dual-Use Regulation, United Nations, EU, OFAC sanctions and all relevant national and international regulations.

2. Scope

Export control regulations cover all Falcon Aero Group operations, including:

  • Aircraft, helicopter and engine sales
  • Aviation spare parts and equipment supply
  • Technical data, software and technology transfer
  • MRO and technical consultancy services
  • Military and defense industry products

3. Compliance Standards

As Falcon Aero Group:

  • ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) — US defense products export control
  • EAR (Export Administration Regulations) — US dual-use products control
  • EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU 2021/821)
  • International sanction regimes and restricted party screenings
  • All relevant national export control legislation

4. Restricted Parties

All our business partners and customers are regularly screened against international sanction lists. We refuse to do business with any individual, entity or country appearing on any restricted party list.

5. End-User Certification

For sales of controlled products, we require end-user and end-use declarations from our customers. Documents certifying that products will not be used for military purposes or the development of weapons of mass destruction are mandatory.

6. Training and Awareness

All Falcon Aero Group employees undergo regular training on export control and compliance. Our export control team oversees the compliance of all transactions with relevant regulations.

7. Violation Reporting

Potential export control violations are immediately reported to competent authorities and necessary corrective actions are taken. Our internal audit and reporting mechanisms are continuously active.
